Delivery/Shipping Policy
Physical Goods: Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Our primary shipping provider is Australia Post. All products that require shipping will receive a tracking number link via email, which will offer details about estimated shipping & delivery times from Australia Post. Please also note that the shipping rates for all physical items we sell are weight-based and shipping costs are determined by the policies of the shipping company we use (Australia Post). Digital Delivery: Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Upon a successfully transaction, the digital download is then immediately accessible from logging into The Sirius Library website, and navigating to your My Library page. Refund & Returns Policy
Physical Products
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of The Sirius Library. Please email us at: admin@thesiriuslibrary.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. The Sirius Library will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Digital Products
All purchases for digital downloads, pdf downloads, ebooks and videos made on www.thesiriuslibrary.com are non-refundable and not exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds. In the case where a purchase error is made, please contact us by email at: admin@thesiriuslibrary.com to discuss a resolution.
In the event that the files were corrupted during the course of transmission or they were never successfully downloaded during the allowable download quota of one year, you may send a request to customer service at: admin@thesiriuslibrary.com and upon approval, your download quota will be extended.
